About the Role
Omaha Investments Limited, trading as The Bank Casino Cork, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with Irish gaming laws and internal standards. This role involves managing staff recruitment, training and scheduling, monitoring financial performance, coordinating casino floor, hospitality and security teams, and implementing policies that support efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across the casino floor, hospitality and security functions.
Ensure compliance with relevant Irish gaming legislation, company policies and internal controls.
Recruit, train, supervise and schedule staff; manage performance and team development.
Monitor operational KPIs, customer experience and service standards; implement improvements.
Support budgeting, cost control and profitability initiatives; monitor financial performance.
Liaise with regulators, auditors, suppliers and service providers; maintain required records.
Manage incident reporting, risk procedures, and safe working practices.
Handle customer escalations professionally and promote responsible gaming.
RequirementsMinimum 2 years’ management experience in casino, hospitality, leisure or entertainment operations.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Good financial awareness (reporting, cost control, KPIs).
High integrity, attention to detail and ability to enforce procedures consistently.
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
