James Whelan Butchers are recruiting Operations Managers for their sites in the Republic of Ireland as

follows:

Dunnes Stores, Bishopstown Court, Cork.

Dunnes Stores, Patrick Street, Cork

Dunnes Stores, Douglas Shopping Centre, Cork

Dunnes Stores, Ballyvolane, Cork

Responsibilities:

Oversee day to day business operations and drive efficiencies.

Ensuring high standards of product quality and customer service are maintained

Optimising Supply Chain Logistics

Managing Budgets

Forcasting

Supporting Staff development

Staff Management

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and address any issues

promptly.

Requirements:

Candidates should have a strong background in a similar role preferably with over 5 years experience.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize

tasks efficiently.

Planning Tasks

Scheduling

Setting Goals

Finance

Excellent Communication skills

Remuneration for this role is between €40,000 and €75,000 per annum based on experience for a standard

39 hour week
