I’m partnering with a leading Not-for-Profit organisation committed to strengthening communities through quality homes and services. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their people strategy and help shape a culture that reflects their social purpose.

Salary: starting at €82,529

About the role:

• Report to the HR Director
• Lead the development and delivery of HR strategy aligned with organisational goals and values.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Implement performance management frameworks that promote accountability, engagement, and feedback.
• Coordinate training, learning, and talent development initiatives, including succession planning.
• Provide expert, pragmatic advice on employee relations, change management, and HR policy.
• Drive organisational change, continuous improvement projects, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, governance standards, and HR best practice.
• Manage HR reporting and analytics to inform strategy and monitor trends.
• Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture.

About you:

• Degree in HR or related field and Chartered CIPD membership.
• Previous experience in Housing, Public Sector OR NFP.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, HR strategy, and employee relations.
• Experience in organisational change, transformation, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, values-driven approach with a solutions mindset.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
