I’m partnering with a leading Not-for-Profit organisation committed to strengthening communities through quality homes and services. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their people strategy and help shape a culture that reflects their social purpose.

About the role:
- Report to the HR Director
- Lead the development and delivery of HR strategy aligned with organisational goals and values.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Implement performance management frameworks that promote accountability, engagement, and feedback.
- Coordinate training, learning, and talent development initiatives, including succession planning.
- Provide expert, pragmatic advice on employee relations, change management, and HR policy.
- Drive organisational change, continuous improvement projects, and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, governance standards, and HR best practice.
- Manage HR reporting and analytics to inform strategy and monitor trends.
- Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture.
About you:
- Degree in HR or related field and Chartered CIPD membership.
- Previous experience in Housing, Public Sector OR NFP.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, HR strategy, and employee relations.
- Experience in organisational change, transformation, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborative, values-driven approach with a solutions mindset.
- Full driving licence and access to a car.
