The Internal Key Account Manager will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with major clients while also following up on new business opportunities. This position requires a customer-centric individual who can understand client requirements, coordinate internal resources, and ensure exceptional service delivery.It is ideally suited to someone who is results-driven, organised, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary: €35,000 (up to 15% bonus)

Key Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients.Understand client needs and objectives to ensure successful service delivery.
Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve client requirements.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts.
Monitor account performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay up to date with market trends and client developments to identify new opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in internal sales, account management, or a similar role.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.
Excellent prioritisation and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with the electronics or industrial products sector is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (or equivalent experience).
