Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General and Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the company’s operational activities, ensuring efficient service delivery, smooth internal workflows, and strong compliance with business and industry standards.

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting transport and logistics-related functions, and ensuring alignment across departments to achieve organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operational activities, ensuring efficient business continuity and service performance.

Coordinate operational workflows across departments, supporting smooth internal communication and collaboration.

Monitor and implement operational procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Support planning and management of transport, logistics, or distribution-related activities, as required.

Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

Ensure compliance with operational, health and safety, and regulatory standards.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to process optimisation initiatives.

Support resource planning, staff coordination, and operational performance reporting.

Assist senior management in ensuring organisational goals and operational targets are met.

Maintain accurate documentation and operational records in line with company policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business management or related areas.

Understanding of operational coordination, process oversight and performance improvement.

Ability to support daily operations, service delivery and logistics planning.

Proven analytical skills to identify challenges and implement efficient solutions.

Familiarity with digital systems and operational management tools is an advantage.
