Operations Manager - Automotive

Our client is a Leader in the Irish Automotive industry. They are looking for a hands-on Operations Leader to raise the bar across a growing service line. This is a senior, field-based role for someone who knows how to run multi-site operations, lead strong managers, and deliver world-class customer experience while driving commercial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day performance of a national multi-site growing network.
• Service quality, safety, KPIs, productivity & customer satisfaction.
• Continuous improvement across people, process, and performance.
• Coaching and developing Service Centre leaders.
• Cost optimisation, supplier performance & margin delivery.
• Supporting growth initiatives, new services & B2B expansion.

Requirements:

• Proven multi-site operations leadership experience.
• Strong background in aftersales / retail / hospitality / automotive / fleet / service environments.
• A data-driven operator who gets results through people.
• Commercially sharp, customer-obsessed, and execution-focused.
• Comfortable travelling nationwide and leading through change.
