We are looking for a motivated and competent "LiDAR / Met Mast" Technical Support Specialist to join the "MetCom Group" – the LiDAR and Meteorological Stations Department!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical operations of LiDAR systems and meteorological stations, ensuring smooth installation, maintenance, and commissioning. You will collaborate with clients and suppliers, coordinate equipment installation, troubleshoot issues, and oversee the entire operational process.You will also be responsible for selecting appropriate autonomous power supply solutions for the proposed equipment, so strong knowledge of power supply sources is essential.

Key Responsibilities: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of LiDAR systems, meteorological stations, and related equipment.
Coordinating equipment installation, commissioning, and technical tasks.Integrating and troubleshooting technical systems, including data loggers, SCADA, and monitoring devices.
Selecting appropriate autonomous power supply solutions.
Managing procurement: ordering equipment and tracking delivery.
Adhering to safety, quality, and industry standards.Preparing technical documentation and client reports.
Requirements: Technical education or equivalent professional experience in engineering, electronics, or related field.
Experience working with LiDAR systems, meteorological stations, data loggers, SCADA, and other technical equipment.Good knowledge of autonomous power supply solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and suppliers.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English is required.
A valid driver's license is preferred.
Willingness to travel to work sites as needed.
