We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to manage the organisation and maintenance of physical records. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient filing systems, and compliance with data protection standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and maintaining physical records and filing systems
  • Scanning and digitising documents
  • Performing accurate data entry into relevant systems/databases
  • Managing archiving processes and document storage
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements
  • Supporting general administrative tasks as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or database systems
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work

Employment Details:

  • Pay Rate: Grade III – Clerical Officer Payscale
  • Hours per Week: 35 hours
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Contract Duration: 6 months
