The Role
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Store Manager to take full ownership of our Lone Design Kildare store. You’ll lead all aspects of the store's operations and performance, from team management and customer experience to marketing activation and brand success.You will act as the in-store face of both 55 Kildare and Lone Design Club — championing our mission, delivering results, and nurturing a thriving, ever-changing retail space.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Store Leadership & Operations- Own and oversee all day-to-day operations of the Lone Design Kildare store.
- Recruit, manage and motivate a high-performing store team.
- Ensure smooth processes across opening/closing, stock management, VM, health & safety, and security.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the HQ team to implement localised marketing strategies, events, and in-store activations.
- Identify opportunities to drive traffic, grow footfall, and increase conversion through creative and commercial thinking.
- Build relationships with the local community, influencers, press, and collaborators to enhance the store’s profile.
- Act as the main in-store point of contact for partner brands.
- Support brands with onboarding, sales performance, merchandising, and overall experience.
- Drive retention by ensuring brands see strong value and results from their time at Lone Design
- Collect and relay brand and customer feedback to inform improvements.
- Deliver exceptional service to all customers and embody the Lone Design Club values.
- Train the team on storytelling, brand knowledge, and service excellence.
- Champion a welcoming, inclusive and inspiring in-store atmosphere.
