Are you passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and optimising HR operations across multiple regions? We’re partnering with a leading construction company to hire a People Operations Manager to lead HR service delivery across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

This is a pivotal, senior HR operations leadership role offering the opportunity to influence people practices, streamline processes, and build a resilient, compliant HR landscape in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

• Hybrid -Citywest office, Dublin
• €70,000 – €98,000 salary

• Lead and develop a high-performing HR Operations team across multiple locations
• Drive consistent, compliant HR service delivery across Ireland, the UK, and Europe
• Champion process improvement, standardisation, and automation
• Own HR data integrity, HRIS governance, and payroll data flows
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders
• Support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring a positive employee experience

• 5+ years’ senior HR operations & people management experience
• Proven experience managing HR teams across multiple sites and jurisdictions
• Strong background in HRIS, HR data, and process governance
• Solid understanding and practical use of RACI models
• Experience with payroll processes and employment law (IE / UK / EU)
• Comfortable travelling to the UK weekly or bi-weekly
• Background in construction, engineering, or complex environments is a plus
• Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• CIPD Level 7 or postgraduate HR qualification highly desirable
