CHEF DE PARTIE – €16.00/hour (negotiable based on experience) + accommodation included

Hours & Break

Service: 12:00 – 20:45 daily

Break: 17:00 – 18:00

Key Responsibilities

Manage a designated station (cold, hot, pastry, etc.)

Prep, cook & plate to recipe standards

Maintain kitchen hygiene & safety protocols

Oversee stock levels & assist with orders

Mentor junior cooks & share best practices

Contribute ideas for daily specials

You Are
Experienced: 1–2 years as Chef de Partie or Senior CDP
Skilled: Comfortable with seafood and pub-style cooking
Organised & Calm: Thrives under pressure, detail-oriented
Adventurous: Excited by island life and seasonal teamwork
