HR Generalist – Employee Relations & HR Support
Location: South Dublin| Full-time | Flexibility to travel required
We are currently recruiting for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation. This role will support all aspects of employee relations and general HR service delivery while working closely with leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across the business
- Advise and guide on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance cases
- Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented in line with employment legislation and best practice
- Conduct and support confidential investigations and case management
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR compliance and audits
- Assist with internal and external reporting, data cleansing, and analytics for senior leadership
- Coach and support managers in effective people management
- Contribute to the development and roll-out of training needs analysis (TNA), HR initiatives, and projects
- Support broader HR operations and transactional processes
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role with strong focus on Employee Relations
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, conflict resolution, and WRC case management
- Third level qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) highly desirable
- Skilled in handling sensitive issues with discretion, empathy, and professionalism
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently
- Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to other sites when needed
