I'm delighted to be partnering with a fast growing accounting firm who are seeking a professional, organised, and personable Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent client service while supporting the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Manage meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings
  • Handle post, couriers, and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
  • Assist partners with drafting letters when required
  • Maintain accurate petty cash records
Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative support including scanning, filing, and document management
  • Apply headed paper to letters and accounts using PDF editor software
  • Support the Practice Manager with ad hoc tasks
  • Maintain accurate client records within practice systems
  • Order office supplies and liaise with suppliers
  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs
Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience in a busy reception or front-of-house role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
