Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Chief Executive Officer or CEO will supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company. They will be responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.
They must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. They will have a business mindset and will be able to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings but at the same time oversee the management of the details of day to day operations .

They will take actions to enhance the company’s cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective.

The goal is to drive the company’s development and guide it towards long-term success.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Bachelors or University degree

Fluency in English.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior management role with a proven track record.
An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

Background in business development, preferable in life sciences sector.

Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, HR etc.
Knowledge and experience of technology and the technology sector.
Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
Highly motivated and entrepreneurial.
Fluent in English (advantage to have one other European language).
Full driving licence and own transport.

Evidence of innovative abilities.

Responsibilities:

Working with senior management to design and implement a business development strategy
Lead, motivate and develop high performing team members.
Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
Overseeing day-to-day operations and making decisions that drive growth and success.
Ensuring the company's financial sustainability and growth, including managing cash flow

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients/customers, and stakeholders.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including corporate governance
Providing leadership and management skills to create a high-quality work environment.
Utilizing problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Providing ethical leadership and upholding integrity, ethics, and corporate social responsibility.
