Sales Team Leader

About the role:

Our client is seeking an experienced and inspiring people leader to manage a high-performing team of Account Executives within the E-Commerce sector. This team supports customers across Europe, and the Team Leader will play a key role in guiding and empowering the team to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Account Executives, setting clear objectives and conducting regular 1:1s to drive performance and personal development.
• Monitor and analyse team KPIs and sales metrics, using data insights to develop strategies that maximise customer retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Manage daily team operations, ensuring appropriate desk coverage, swift issue resolution, and alignment with wider business goals.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to share updates, encourage collaboration, and foster a strong team culture.
• Continuously assess and improve internal processes to boost team efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify training needs and provide targeted coaching to promote skill development, problem-solving, and accountability within the team.

Experience required:

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Creative problem-solver who remains calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong IT literacy, including proficiency with CRM tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office.
• A genuine interest in Sports and Casino products is a strong advantage.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive, positive, and improvement-focused approach.
