We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Team Leader to manage our recruitment operations and lead the hiring strategy.
Candidate Requirements:A qualification in Business or Human Resources (foreign qualifications accepted); Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, along with proven experience in team supervision.; Proven expertise in managing the end-to-end hiring process: job advertising, candidate sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and performance follow-up; Strong ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
(Proficiency in a second language is an advantage).
Main Duties:- Determine staffing and recruitment needs in line with company objectives;
- Oversee the preparation of job descriptions, drafting of job advertisements, and interviewing of candidates;
- Manage and monitor the onboarding process and employee performance, identifying career development and training needs;
- Plan and implement recruitment strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality hires;
- Supervise recruitment staff, providing support and guidance to ensure targets are met;
- Maintain client and candidate relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the hiring process;
- Prepare recruitment reports and track performance KPIs for management review;
- Stay informed on relevant legislation, ensuring compliance in all recruitment processes.
