A leading global insurance organisation is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their strong in-house legal team. Acting as a key specialist partner to the firm's Irish business units, you will ensure high-quality legal support across a range of commercial and regulatory matters.

• Provide commercial, financial services, and regulatory advice, with a focus on insurance and investment matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts and product documentation.
• Ensure all advice reflects current Irish laws and assists in mitigating legal and regulatory risk.
• Act as a key legal partner for internal stakeholders and senior management.

• Qualified Solicitor, ideally with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial or financial services law.
• Experience in Irish insurance, investment, or pensions practice is an advantage.
• Excellent drafting skills and the ability to research complex legislation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
