JoAmerican Consultancy Ltd is seeking a skilled and organised Operations Manager to manage and support daily business operations, office administration, client coordination, recruitment support, compliance processes, and IT-related business services.
The company provides consultancy and IT support services, including IT consultation, Webapplication Development, website support, business systems, digital records, CRM support, online portals, email systems, and general technology solutions for business operations.

The successful candidate will oversee operational workflows, improve internal processes, coordinate with clients and staff, and support the company’s recruitment, consultancy, compliance, and IT service activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
Coordinate staff, clients, candidates, and internal departments.
Support recruitment, compliance, documentation, and business process management.
Assist with IT consultation services, website support, CRM systems, databases, email systems, and online business platforms.
Maintain digital records, reports, databases, and online application systems.
Support IT-related client projects and coordinate with technical service providers where required.
Monitor operational performance and improve workflow efficiency.
Prepare reports, business documents, client updates, and management summaries.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are followed.

Liaise with clients, service providers, and external organisations.

Requirements:

Relevant qualification or experience in business, operations, administration, management, IT, or a related field.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Laravel, PHP, MySQL databases, Microsoft Office, email systems, online portals, databases, CRM systems, and basic IT systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Experience in recruitment, consultancy, IT support, business administration, or compliance will be an advantage.
