We are seeking a proactive, technically skilled, and safety-conscious individual to coordinate the daily operational and technical functions a busy venue based in Dublin.This is a temporary role for 4 months and will require working 40 hours over 7 days. This role will require evening and weekend work.
This role involves overseeing deliveries, setting up events, managing technical systems, and ensuring the safety and upkeep of the venue. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organised, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Lead physical setup and breakdown of events, including furniture, staging, signage, and décor.Ensure event layouts comply with client specifications and safety regulations

Ensure event layouts comply with client specifications and safety regulationsConduct regular checks of venue infrastructure, including furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
Monitor electrical systems (including PAT testing) and report any faults or defects to the line manager promptly.
Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation across all areasOperate and maintain AV equipment, lighting, Wi-Fi, and other venue-specific technologies.
Create schedules that facilitate smooth operations without interrupting the flow of events or guest experience.
Experience and Skills Required:
Minimum 1 years’ experience as a facilities co-ordinator and/or events operativeStrong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.
Proven experience performing manual handling tasks safely and effectively.
Clear communicator with the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
Ability to commit to temporary workComfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
