The role blends operational scheduling with data-driven performance analysis, process improvement, and reporting to support the company’s property repair and service operations
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse maintenance and operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Support budgeting and forecasting by providing cost analysis and usage data.
- Receive, log, and track tenant maintenance and repair requests using the company’s work order system.
- Schedule and coordinate approved contractors for repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor progress of works, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to required quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance logs for safety inspections, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance and support procurement decisions with data insights.
- Maintain accurate operational and compliance records for audit purposes.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property or facilities management software.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on cost-effective solutions.
