Recruitment Coordinator - 6 Month Contract New - Dublin

Our multinational client in Dublin city centre has an exciting recruitment for a Recruitment Coordinator, for a 6 month maternity leave contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for communications with interviewers and candidates throughout complex recruitment processes.
Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home.
Responsibilities Required- Schedule and coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual interview across multiple time zones and locations
- Meet and greet candidates during onsite interviews
- Coordinate candidate travel deadlines and SLA’s
- Maintain data on applicant tracking system throughout recruitment processes
- Recommend improvement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to analyse scheduling reports to track and identify trends
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through each recruitment process
- 2+ years of Recruiting Coordination experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Familiarity with scheduling in multiple time zones and regions
- Ability to manage relationships with all levels of hiring managers and candidates,
- Experience with Microsoft Office software, or similar
- Experience with HR software and coordination scheduling systems
