You will work with cutting-edge assessment tools and digital platforms to deliver a fair, engaging and efficient candidate experience. A key part of your role will be engaging with prospective candidates at Graduate career fairs, facilitating virtual assessment centres and guiding hiring managers through the interview process, including in-office support during the final round interviews.

You will report to the Graduate Recruitment Specialist, who will support your development through training in assessment facilitation and stakeholder delivery, mentorship and exposure to the full 360 recruitment cycle – from candidate engagement at university career fairs to offer.

What you’ll learn

If you’re interested in a role with Student Recruitment, this is your chance to get a behind-the-scenes look at how candidate journeys are crafted, assessments are built, and large-scale recruitment campaigns are brought to life.

You will be fully trained on our tools, platforms and processes, and gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced team leads who will support your development every step of the way.

Through collaboration with the Early Talent Team and regular interaction with our wider HR colleagues, you will build deep expertise in our student programmes and develop a strong understanding of how we identify, attract and nurture the right talent for our business.
