Job description:
The Business Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, improving processes, and ensuring the organisation runs efficiently and in line with strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities across the business
- Improve internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor performance against targets and report to senior management
- Oversee budgets, resources, and operational planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Support and manage staff to maintain high performance and productivity
€17.20 Per hour
Salary €34881 per annual
