The Coffee Operations Manager Europe reporting to European Director Coffee & Dispensed Beverages owns the operational performance, quality, and execution of Circle K’s European coffee business.
This role is responsible for our digital ecosystem which include telemetry dashboards and operational integration. Uptime, quality control, supplier performance, and delivery of coffee initiatives and innovations across Europe — ensuring strategy, brand, and commercial ambition translate into consistent execution and great cup coffee for our customer everytime.
What You’ll Do
Coffee Operations & Performance
Own operational performance of the European coffee estate (~3,000 machines across 11 European BUs)
Drive uptime improvement, reduction of technical and operational downtime, and service cost control
Work closely with Operations, D&A and local BU teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
Telemetry, Data & Quality
Own European coffee telemetry performance, data integrity, and reporting
Use data to predict failures, reduce callouts, and improve machine availability and compliance
Own quality control programmes, including calibration, cleaning standards, and cup quality consistency.
Coffee, Innovation & Commercial Execution
Support delivery of new coffee platforms, recipes, formats, and innovations across Europe
Ensure operational readiness for launches, campaigns, and activations
Work closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution and delivery of campaigns.
Supplier & Project Management
Act as the operational bridge between coffee machine manufacturers, service partners, and coffee roasting partners
Ensure equipment, recipes, and quality standards are aligned and delivered in-store
Lead supplier performance management and multiple European coffee projects (rollouts, pilots, upgrades).
Business Unit Support & Governance
Act as the European coffee operations expert for local BUs
Support top-site prioritisation, capacity decisions, and operational recovery
Establish clear standards, playbooks, and governance to drive consistency at scale.
What You'll Need
Previous operational experience in multi-site retail convenience, foodservice, or QSR
Strong understanding of coffee operations, equipment, and quality systems, standards
Experience working with telemetry, data, and cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage suppliers, stakeholders and deliver complex projects across markets.- Sector:
