OPERATIONS MANAGER/ANALYST (CONTRACT)
- Location: Dublin 4
- Contract: 6 months initially with view to extension
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Hourly rate: 24.04 EUR (approx. 50K per annum)
- As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in designing, launching, standardizing, and optimizing operational processes across vendor and internal teams.
- You will contribute to process efficiency programs-such as re-engineering, automation, outsourcing, and service line consolidation-while developing deeper expertise in operational excellence.
- Working closely under direct guidance from senior leaders, you will support cross-functional initiatives, analyze operational performance, and help scale solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Excellence & Project Support- Support the execution of projects that deliver measurable impact and resolve scaled operations challenges.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives, including re-engineering workflows, evaluating automation opportunities, and standardizing procedures.
- Track, analyze, and interpret trends in operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement (e.g., utilization management, reducing non-productive work).
- Assist in publishing operational metrics and KPIs with direct guidance from project or functional leads.
- Support the creation and maintenance of SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and training or certification materials.
- Ensure documentation aligns to operational standards and is kept current across teams and vendors.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to help them understand policies and processes, escalating exceptions and resolving issues under direct guidance.
- Respond to inquiries within SLAs, review employee query exceptions, and support employee-facing queues.
- Help manage strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather and understand operational requirements and business objectives.
- Support the delivery of business needs through appropriate sourcing strategies (e.g., right MSP, location, cost, and budget alignment).
- Help scale solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and key success metrics such as cost savings, capacity optimization, and time reduction at pod, market, regional, or global level.
