Data Analyst - Remote - UK

Salary:

• A leading global technology company is seeking a Data Analyst to join their GO Systems Support Team. This team bridges operations, product, and engineering, providing analytics support, operational efficiency improvements, and project tracking for high-priority initiatives.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of projects to identify improvements.
• Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to implement tooling changes, conduct root-cause analyses, and audit workflows.
• Support day-to-day program execution and manage communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track team performance.

• Proven experience in data analysis and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and presenting findings through clear data visualization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, or other quantitative field.
• Experience with large-scale datasets.
• Exposure to operations or process improvement roles.
• Familiarity with process design tools (Lucidchart, Figma).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in operations-focused data analysis, ideally in big tech environments.
