Business Analyst - Customer Ops

Morgan McKinley have partnered with a leading client in Dublin City who are going through a new project phase and require a Business Analyst to support key Customer Ops initiatives, including Azure data migration and reporting transformation.
What you'll do:- Turn business needs into clear requirements
- Map AS-IS / TO-BE processes
- Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Create BRDs, process maps, RTMs, user stories
- Partner with tech teams to deliver solutions
- Support planning, UAT, and delivery
- Manage stakeholders and sign-offs
Nice to have: Experience with Power BI, C2M, Business Objects, and dashboard/reporting tools
Ideal candidate:- 5+ year's Business Analyst experience
- Background in utilities
The role:
- Rolling 6 month day rate contract
- x2 days required in Dublin City per week
- Competitive day rate on offer
