The ideal candidate should have experience with Sage Accounts and be available to work up to 18 hours per week, primarily in the mornings from 9am to 1pm.
As this is an office-based role in Ovens, Ballincollig, transport is essential. We are offering a competitive hourly rate.

KeWilton Technology is looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Accounts and General Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience with Sage Accounts and be available to work up to 18 hours per week, primarily in the mornings from 9am to 1pm.

3+ years of experience in office administrationEmail and tele sales experience would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities: Accurately process customer and supplier orders, invoices and maintain customer records.
Respond to customer queries via phone and emailAssist with sales campaigns and assist with delivery scheduling, and stock tracking
Provide general administrative support to the office and warehouse team
Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Applicants must have a good command of the English language.
