We are currently working with our client who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing customer interactions, scheduling deliveries, and supporting internal departments to ensure operational excellence.
For you:
€30,000 - €32,000On – site parking
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on first-time resolution and maintaining first-class call quality.Manage the full scheduling process, including customer communication, payment handling, and finalising deliveries.
Schedule deliveries efficiently for sales, customer service, and replacement orders.
Log, track, and resolve customer service and delivery issues through written and verbal communication (phone and email).
Manage customer orders and issue invoices using Microsoft Business Central (NAV ERP system).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and issue logs in the ERP system.
Follow up with customers throughout the issue resolution process.
Escalate and provide feedback to management on recurring issues to support continuous improvement.
Support warehouse and supply chain departments with administrative tasks and documentation.
Requirements:
3+ years customer service/administration support.Experience in a Logistics or Distribution environment is advantageous.
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a customer-first attitude.
Proven ability to take ownership and demonstrate accountability in your role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
Ability to understand, anticipate, and exceed customer expectations.
Highly motivated, proactive, and flexible in managing a variety of duties.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow through on tasks.
Proficient in using computers; experience with ERP systems (particularly Microsoft Business Central/NAV) is a distinct advantage.
Team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
