Cpl is delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit a Customer Service Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer service queries.
• Process and manage sales orders, ensuring materials and tooling meet delivery schedules.
• Liaise with internal teams to monitor order progress and provide timely customer updates.
• Investigate and resolve issues in collaboration with the Customer Support Manager.
• Maintain accurate production, shipping, and stock records using ERP/MRP systems.
• Support ongoing improvement projects and participate in training as required.

Requirements:

• 3rd Level or PLC qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service role (manufacturing experience an advantage).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/MRP software.
• Customer-focused, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
