Facilities Engineer

Our North Dublin based client is dedicated to providing a safe and trustworthy environment for the storage and provisioning of materials for some of Ireland's largest manufacturing companies. • Oversee and ensure the efficient operation of facilities systems through planned and corrective maintenance.
• Implement system upgrades and improvements for HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, compressors, fire & security systems, CCTV, mechanical handling equipment, chemical spill containment systems, clean rooms, electrical systems, and utilities.
• Provide maintenance support across two sites that are located within ten minutes of each other.
• Work both independently and collaboratively.
• Meet daily maintenance requirements.
• Execute project work as needed.
• Monitor and manage CMMS systems.
• Respond promptly to site occupant requests and issues.
• Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities.
• Perform regular checks on plant and equipment Address facility and equipment alarms and failures, including after-hours emergencies.

• Minimum Level 6 Trade Qualified Electrician.
• Experience in Mechanical Troubleshooting is desired .
• 2 years Facilities Maintenance experience is an advantage.
• On Call availability 1 out of 3 weeks including weekends.
