As we embark on several large-scale projects, we are seeking a senior level Project Planner to join this exceptional team, offering excellent long-term opportunities.

In the role of Lead Planner/Scheduler, you will leverage your extensive expertise to develop, coordinate, integrate, and manage complex project schedules across a diverse range of initiatives. The ideal candidate will have significant experience of leading and overseeing intricate project schedules throughout their full lifecycle, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams in Engineering, Design, Construction Management, and Commissioning & Qualification.

  • You will have experience in the following areas
  • Overseeing large complex process projects (100M+).
  • Directing the Planning project team and mentoring new hires & graduates
  • Delivering across project design phases as well as construction & commissioning
  • Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the Client
  • Establishing project objectives in line with the client and ensuring goals & timelines are achieved
  • Execution of projects via an established Quality and Management system
  • Responsible for the development and management of project schedules and project controls tools
  • Identification of project milestones, monitor & report on the same
  • Chair / Host Interactive Planning Workshops
  • Critical Path development & analysis
  • Liaise with the project management team with regular schedule performance status reports
  • Establish project schedule resource requirements
  • Develop and communicate tools for the target completion of project goals
  • Provides performance updates/reports views for identification of variances and corrective action
To be considered for this role, you must have significant experience supporting pharmaceutical projects and have a strong understanding of the specific phases of the pharmaceutical (capital) project lifecycle.
