Regional HR Manager – ER & IR Lead | €60–65K + 10% Bonus | Dublin
A leading, well-established organisation is seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to take ownership of Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) across a portfolio of multi-site operations.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role partnering closely with Regional Directors and senior stakeholders to manage complex casework, union engagement, organisational change and compliance within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Full Clean Driving Licence Required
25 days leave, 10% bonus
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage complex Employee Relations casework including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and performance management
- Act as primary HR lead for Industrial Relations matters, including union engagement and collective issues
- Represent the organisation at WRC hearings, mediations and third-party proceedings
- Provide expert advice to Regional Directors and senior managers on Irish Employment Law and risk mitigation
- Support and guide managers through structured investigation and disciplinary processes in line with best practice and fair procedures
- Oversee induction, mandatory training, onboarding and succession planning across the region
- Support sickness absence management in line with company policy
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll-related records in collaboration with local teams
- Drive culture, engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
- Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to inform business decisions
- Contribute to HR projects, transformation initiatives and change management programmes
- CIPD qualified (or relevant HR qualification)
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior HR role with strong ER & IR exposure
- Proven experience managing high-volume, complex casework
- Demonstrated experience engaging with trade unions and representing at WRC
- Strong working knowledge of Irish Employment Law and employment compliance
- Experience within healthcare, hospitality, retail or other unionised/multi-site environments highly desirable
- Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at senior level
- Commercially aware, resilient and solutions-focused
