Cork - HR Assistant New

CPL are looking to speak with candidates interested or experienced in HR Administration. There has been a number of these roles come in recently, particularly in East and North Cork:

• Core Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm
• Salary: €30,000 - €35,000
• Fully Onsite: 5 days a week
• Immediately available

• Input and update candidate data on the internal system.
• Ensuring all the required documentation is received from employees and processed.
• Complete regular checks and audits across the HR systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Passing relevant information to internal payroll for employees to be paid and support the weekly/monthly payroll process.
• Collate and format reports as requested for the HR function.
• Assist with any/all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and develop training systems and procedures.

• 2+ years experience in HR Administration or similar administration roles.
• Must be proficient in MS Office (word, excel, outlook).
• Experience in using internal systems, CRM or HR training programs.
• Data accuracy and input experience very beneficial.
• Competent working in a busy, hands-on environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
