Here at Osborne, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a medical device company based in Dublin 24. This successful candidate will report to the Customer Service Manager. The successful candidate will be working within the Customer Care team and will require working with the other team members in providing the support required to their customers in both the Sales and Service division.
You will be joining a friendly, fun and supportive team dynamic.
For you:
Monday-Friday 9-5.30 pmOnsite parking
21 days annual leave
In-house training provided
Main duties will include (but is not limited to):
Sales Order Processing, Processing hours for service team (including parts) and invoicing service contractsPurchasing, Creating Purchase orders within the system for the purpose of ordering services from external providers
organisation of the test equipment and return for calibration of test equipment
Service call handling (preventative maintenance, breakdowns and in-housework shop) paperwork issuing for customer returns.
Logging service calls and directing to the appropriate specialist
Assisting service contract administration and in-house administration
Administration of test equipment for calibration
Service schedule maintenance
Any other duties as required by the Customer and Service operation managers
Act as a back-up for phone coverage and sales administration as required
Key Areas of Responsibility & Accountability:
Assisting the delivery of a seamless and professional serviceEfficient sales order processing including stock and purchase management
Professional, courteous call handling
Professional handling and swift resolution to customer complaints
Accurate service job administration
Maintaining appropriate stock levels and minimum stock holding
Knowledge & Skills Required:
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a genuine interest in the support of customersThe candidate will have excellent team-work and interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus and professional manner.
Previous experience in an administration role is desirable.
