Required experience:
- A least 3 years in construction or renovation of housing in Ireland
- The correct candidate knows about all the different tasks required for renovations and building as well as repairs and specialised in at least one task
- Fluently speaks English
- Professionally using tools like saws, drills, mounting of scaffolding
- Good knowledge of different material alternatives
- Can work independently with minimal guidance
- Living in or near cork city
- Attitude of honesty and respect of appointments are mandatory
- Oriented to be a good role model promoting the company in front of the clients
