Job Description

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

The museum assistant/receptionist role in the museum would be responsible for all customer service and front office administration tasks in Shackleton Experience.
The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors.

This role will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors. This role requires strong communication skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to manage a range of administrative tasks effectively.

Duties will include but not inclusive to: Customer service including greeting visitors, providing information and responding to queries.

Administrative duties including managing bookings, maintaining accurate records and handling of cash.
Assist in promoting events, offers, or activities through effective communication with visitors.
A good level of english is required for this position.
