Hatched Analytics operates a consumer-facing cashback site under a sister brand, powered by a growing community who share their purchase data—critical to our core analytics products. We're seeking a Data Operations & Community Engagement Lead to manage the full cycle of data and community operations.
You will lead our Operations Team, guiding both Sourcing and Processing, and serve as a key liaison across Data Analytics and Engineering. This cross-functional role requires leadership, operational oversight, data accuracy, and a strong customer focus.
Note: This role includes occasional weekend work (approx 5 times/year).
Duties to include -
Manage day-to-day operations of Sourcing and Processing teams: set priorities, handle escalations, and support team members.Oversee the full community journey: manage communication flows and customer support queues.
Serve as escalation point for both internal and external issues, ensuring fair, timely resolution.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of community data to the Analytics team.
Act as primary liaison with Analytics: manage data requests, clarify requirements, and ensure efficient workflows.Conduct quarterly audits to validate data accuracy and integrity.
Own and manage the Ops Team budget: prepare forecasts, submit funding requests, and control expenditures.
Partner with Engineering on new tools, operational requirements, and pilot tests.Continuously improve tools, processes, and data flows for efficiency and accuracy.
Take full ownership of team performance, project delivery, and process improvements.
Essential -Proven experience in operations, team leadership, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of customer behaviour, engagement, and retention.
Excellent written and verbal communication; effective cross-functional collaborator.
Experience with CRMs (e.g. Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and validation.
Proficient in Excel and/or data analysis tools.
Budget management, forecasting, and resource planning experience.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and juggle multiple priorities.
Comfortable collaborating across Data, Engineering, and Product functions.
Desirable -Experience in community management or customer support operations.
Familiarity with subscription models or handling purchase data.
Exposure to piloting/testing new operational tools.
Degree in operations, business, data, e-commerce, or marketing.
Position is based in Dublin Office and you must be able to attend in person every Wed and Thursday and possibly others.- This vacancy is suitable for Remote/Blended working
