We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive international sales across premium Irish beef. This is a front-line role, focused on expanding relationships with retailers, manufacturers, and distributors across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will bring proven experience in international beef sales, along with the commercial acumen and industry knowledge to maximise returns and capitalise on new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow beef sales with international customers (retailers, manufacturers, distributors).
• Identify and develop new market opportunities across UK & European markets.
• Liaise closely with production teams to align sales with operational requirements.
• Maximise product returns through strong commercial negotiation.
• Oversee logistics planning to ensure efficient customer delivery.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and customer visits.

The Ideal Candidate:

• ESSENTIAL :Proven track record in international beef sales.
• ESSENTIAL: Strong knowledge of the Irish beef industry and export markets.
• Excellent relationship builder with retailers, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working at pace.
• Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis.
