Location: Dublin 2 – OnsiteSalary: €45,000+, DOE
Hours: 9-5.30pm
Osborne Recruitment is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for the role of an Executive Assistant to Managing Director and HR Administrator to join a creatively led, award winning architectural firm. Based in Dublin 2, this role is a perfect match for someone who has had comparable experience in executive assistant roles and is eager to develop their career in an innovative organisation.
About the Role:This role requires a candidate with a strong professional services background. The main element of this role is one on one executive assistant support. You will need to have previous EA experience working to management or Board level with a high level of confidentiality while building relationships with the wider leadership team.
Experience working within HR will be an advantage as knowledge of HR policies and procedures will be of benefit.
Key Responsibilities: Executive Assistant
Diary Management / Arrange MeetingsConference Bookings etc / Travel Plans /Expenses
Prepare Monthly Management Meeting Reports and circulate Minutes.
Prepare / edit spreadsheets.
Prepare PowerPoint Presentations and Reports
Manage and organise external / internal events
Assist with Reception cover
Printing / photocopying / scanning / filing / binding.
HR Administration
Prepare employment contracts and manage the onboarding process.Maintain and update internal databases regarding annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, etc., Handle employee maternity leave requests, return dates, accrued leave, and inform payroll accordingly.
Respond to employee queries related to HR.
Collaborate with the Managing Director to maintain and update policies and procedures.
Who We Are Looking For:
5 years' of proven work experience as an Executive AssistantStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with the team, directors and all staff members.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Proactive individual demonstrating pro-active approach to work
Possess strong organisational and follow-up skills.
Excellent internal and external communication skills, (verbal, written, listening)
Excellent working knowledge in MS Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
