• Provide consultative support, always aiming to go the extra mile for customers
• Assist B2B clients with queries and technical issues via email, phone, and chat
• Work closely with other teams and product specialists to resolve complex cases
• Ensure customer satisfaction remains consistently high
• Show flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude in every interaction

• Fluency in German and English (written & spoken, C2 level)
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Service or Technical Support)
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• A proactive, customer-first mindset
