Due to continued growth and expansion of services, a leading facilities management provider is seeking a fully qualified Plumber to join its mobile team servicing clients across the Limerick region.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high standards of technical maintenance while supporting the continued development of FM services in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance, fault finding and repair of plumbing systems, including boilers
- Carry out plumbing installations, upgrades and system modifications
- Diagnose issues efficiently and implement effective solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, repairs and parts used
- Provide clear and detailed reports on works completed
- Communicate professionally with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate subcontractors where required
- Ensure all works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
- Senior Trade Certificate in Plumbing or National Craft Certificate
- Minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship experience
- Proven experience in general plumbing maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Full clean driving licence
- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
