The Early Talent Recruitment team at Accenture deliver the graduate and internship programmes but also run end to end programmes through-out the business with students in mind. Our team work on over 15 programmes and collaborate together on building the future of Accenture’s talent.We are team players, and this role will support the Early Talent lead in both graduate and internship recruitment across consulting and analytics as well as leading flexible workers on the team during our busy season.
In Summary
This role is responsible for the delivery aspect of the Graduate & Internship Recruitment Programmes. Under the management of the Early Talent Lead, you will deliver the recruitment process from beginning to end and work closely with your stakeholders and all related aspects of sourcing, screening and scheduling along with your team and career launch for onboarding.This role has a big element of in person activity in the office and on campus with our student market all year round. Although we work in a hybrid nature you will be expected to be in the office regularly.
Your role and responsibilities
Graduate Recruitment- Responsible for the delivery aspect of the graduate and internship recruitment process from beginning to end in the specific area of consulting and analytics.
- Collaborating with your peer recruiter on the team to ensure synergies between ACG and TAG experiences
- Coordinating venue bookings and/or digital set ups for assessments and ensuring all assessments have the right staffing and equipment against the team’s campaign schedule.
- Ensuring all requisitions are fully specified and tracked through the correct authorization sourcing channels and processes
- Collaborate with our in-house talent supply team to forecast placements based on demand, changes in the client’s business, the candidate pipeline, and trends in business demand
- Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement and opportunities to increase the scope of the service in collaboration with the Early Talent Team Lead
- Attend graduate and career fairs and internal welcome events on behalf of Accenture and to accurately represent the recruitment process for interested candidates.
- Produce regular reports during campaign season to ET lead and stakeholders and collaborate with team of coordinators for additional data required at assessment stages.
- Notify and track all offer accepts through-out the year and highlight changes to ET Lead and stakeholders
- Support the Early Talent candidate journey recruiter in improving their processes of onboarding our candidates.
- Introduce new initiatives to enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process in collaboration with the ET Team Lead
- Manage a programme of activities for Relationship Management for all candidates in the offer pipeline
- Ensuring key messages are communicated to candidates throughout the recruitment and pre-joiner period
- Lead our flexible contract team members in stakeholder delivery, execution of assessments and train on end-to-end cycle in season with larger recruitment programmes.
- Manage business and stakeholder’s expectations including updates on the programme timelines from application to on-boarding
- Conduct interviews and training/prep for managers who are interviewing, where required
- Ensure recruitment initiatives are in line with business objectives of each DTE
- Helping to drive the overall strategy set by the Early Talent lead
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline
- Proven experience as a senior recruiter within student recruitment (ideal not essential if you’ve had other variants of project delivery)
- A minimum of 3 years project management experience
- Experience delivering graduate recruitment processes from beginning to end
- Budget management experience
- Experience in assessment centre recruitment an advantage
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders
- An understanding of working in a professional services environment
- Knowledge of graduate recruitment industry and student job search trends
- Competitor awareness
