Our client is seeking an experienced Peer Support Worker to join its Specialist Mental Health Rehabilitation Programme. This role is ideal for someone with lived experience of mental health services, supporting patients in their recovery journey within a multidisciplinary team.
The Role:
- Support patients in developing recovery plans
- Promote independence, community engagement & wellbeing
- Share lived experience to inspire recovery
- Work closely with the MDT on care planning
Requirements:
- Qualification in Peer Support (Mental Health)
- 1+ year experience in mental health/rehab/community settings
- WRAP training & knowledge of Mental Health Commission standards
