- Package: €54.81 per hour + company perks
We are currently recruiting for a SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT (Community Engagement/Program Management/Operations) for our global tech client based in Dublin City Centre.
ROLE OVERVIEW- As a Solutions Consultant, you are a trusted advisor and advocate for internal teams, users, partners, and clients.
- You bring deep expertise in translating complex commercial business models and evolving customer needs into scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions across the full user, partner, and client lifecycle.
- You operate at both a strategic and executional level, managing manager‑plus stakeholders, delivering exceptional user and partner care, and driving results through solution strategy, scoping, development, and deployment.
- You are a key contributor and problem solver-frequently leading troubleshooting efforts, developing repeatable solutions, and supporting pre‑ and post‑sales consulting activities.
- With comprehensive knowledge of product deployment, systems integration, and internal technologies and processes, you act as an industry specialist within your domain, influencing solution direction and driving operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Strategy & Innovation- Identify trends and recurring solution issues across users, partners, and clients; collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Product) to mitigate future risks.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve solution delivery, introduce new delivery workflows, and drive ongoing solution innovation.
- Help define business opportunities, product gaps, and long-term solution strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Influence the prioritization, direction, and design of technical product features and solution enhancements.
- Update existing solution content or create repeatable assets such as best-practice guides, tutorials, and thought leadership articles.
- Ensure thorough documentation of repeatable solutions and contribute to building BEPs (Best Execution Practices).
- Own task reprioritization and alignment within solution initiatives to ensure impact and delivery focus.
- Manage project planning, timeline estimation, status reporting, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and documentation.
- Drive working groups effectively and ensure clarity of ownership, outcomes, and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with manager-level stakeholders to solve ambiguous or undefined problems and secure buy-in for proposed solutions.
- Balance and manage escalations across internal and external stakeholders with clarity, composure, and accountability.
- Coach internal and external teams on new solutions, systems, the user/partner ecosystem, and relevant industry trends.
- Build, maintain, and expand strategic relationships across user, partner, client, and internal organizations.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices to optimize technology usage in support of business processes and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for deeper engagement and new solution use cases through consultation and strategic dialogue.
- Execute and sustain approved solutions aligned with defined business objectives and technical requirements.
- Generate partner insights and contribute to regular business reviews to shape partner strategies.
- Provide proactive consultation to partners to uncover new business opportunities and drive adoption of technologies.
- Support the execution of partner strategies to scale and mature solution usage.
- Assess feedback and metrics to identify gaps or issues in current products and quantify business impact.
- Communicate insights clearly to Product Management, Engineering, and Business Development teams.
- Contribute to closing gaps by developing, validating, and documenting new features or solution approaches.
- Leverage, customize, or develop technical and non-technical solutions for undefined business objectives in compliance with legal requirements.
- Help define solution scope, constraints, and value through collaborative design sessions with users, partners, and clients.
- Contribute to architecture design and feature requests to support scalable solution development.
