Remarketing Administration - Dublin

Our client is a leading automotive organisation that is seeking a Remarketing Administrator to support its vehicle remarketing operations in Ireland. Working as part of a small, high-performing team, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating the preparation, inspection and sale of returned vehicles across multiple remarketing channels, including direct brand partner sales and external auctions.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Collection, Inspection & Preparation
  • Coordinate vehicle collection requests and manage nationwide logistics with transport partners.
  • Ensure independent vehicle inspections are completed on schedule and in line with service standards.
  • Review inspection reports to assess condition, mileage and damage for end-of-contract purposes.
  • Prepare remarketing valuations and reserves following internal pricing strategies and compliance guidelines.
Remarketing Administration & Sales Tracking
  • Maintain accurate remarketing databases and ensure vehicle records are updated promptly.
  • Support the remarketing team in progressing stock through the sales process efficiently.
  • Record sales performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Manage incoming queries through the remarketing inbox and ensure timely responses.
Financial Coordination
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure correct allocation.
  • Generate and manage vehicle sale invoices and track payments through to reconciliation.
  • Prepare billing documentation related to vehicle damage or excess wear and tear.
Process Management & Improvement
  • Support ongoing process reviews and documentation updates.
  • Assist with testing and implementation of system enhancements.
  • Prepare data-driven reports and presentations to support decision-making and project work.

You Must Have:

  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
