Tastemaster Solutions Limited, trading as The Good Food Store, located at 9/14 Milltown Road, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, D06 AK57, Co. Dublin, is seeking to hire a Sous Chef.

The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring that high standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently maintained. The main duties include ensuring food quality and safety standards are upheld, contributing to menu planning and stock control, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, overseeing food preparation in the absence of the Head Chef, and maintaining high standards of hygiene at all times.

Applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience working as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen environment.

The salary for this position is €39,500 per annum, based on a 39-hour work week. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for a duration of two years.
