IT Systems & Infrastructure Lead

Location: Remote with Occasional visit to office for meetings

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to take ownership of systems administration, infrastructure support, and strategic IT planning in a growing, dynamic organisation. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who is ready to step into — or grow further into — a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

IT Systems Administration & Support: Oversee day-to-day management of systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across the organisation.
Infrastructure & Vendor Liaison: Act as the key point of contact for external IT providers, managing escalations, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance.

User Management: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring secure and efficient provisioning and deactivation of accounts.

Asset & Licensing Management: Oversee procurement, distribution, and inventory of IT equipment, and manage software licensing for cost-effectiveness and compliance.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain clear process documentation and act as the internal GDPR coordinator, ensuring all workflows meet data protection regulations.

Project Leadership: Support and coordinate IT-related projects such as CRM enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades.

Team Guidance: Provide guidance and technical insight to internal staff, fostering best practices in IT usage and security.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure support.
Strong knowledge of networks, cloud environments, and systems configuration.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and CRM systems (desirable).
Leadership aptitude with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
