HR Manager - Shared Services New

Our Not for Profit client, in Dublin West, have an exciting requirement for a HR Manager for a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible to implement and sustain an effective HR services/operations model for the organization, ensuring queries and issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.

They will ensure continuous process improvement, leverage data and insights to share with the business, and escalate issues as required. Hybrid working on offer with 2 days onsite and 3 days WFH.

RESPONSIBILITES REQUIRED
  • Lead and develop HR Shared Services function, ensuring excellent service delivery and a positive
  • employee experience.
  • Manage delivery of the HR services/operations ensuring all transactions are handled correctly align with required timeframes
  • Ensure compliance with governance, compliance and legislation
  • Ensure HR policies are correctly understood and translated to provide an accurate and up to date service deliver
  • Monitor HR systems to be efficient and fit for purpose, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Provide insight for continuous improvement and align with best practice
  • Report on service KPIs. Provide reporting on any related trends or insights
  • Lead any HR operational projects and system enhancements
  • Maintain high standard of HR support/delivery across all aspects of the employment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant HR experience, working in HR Operations OR HR Shared Services Environment
  • Leading and managing teams, in a case management, transactional style work environment
  • Experience working in a high volume, busy HR environment, managing complex workload
  • Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
