Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with senior HR candidates who have experience in partnering with leadership to drive organisational effectiveness through strategic people initiatives for a contract opportunity based in Dublin city centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and execute people plans that support business priorities
  • Build influential relationships, offering insight, challenge, and practical HR solutions
  • Align resourcing and workforce plans with organisational goals in collaboration with talent teams
  • Oversee adherence to Irish employment legislation, ensuring policies are effective and commercially relevant
  • Lead on complex employee relations matters, providing clear, confident guidance on sensitive issues
  • Enable leaders to build high-performing teams through coaching on performance, conduct, and attendance
  • Support the development and application of reward and progression frameworks
  • Leverage workforce data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and drive informed decisions
  • Contribute to key HR initiatives and change programmes across the business
  • Promote effective use of HR systems to enhance data quality, reporting, and decision-making
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partner role (c.6+ years), ideally within financial services or regulated environments
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law with hands-on ER case management experience
  • Track record of influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Experience across workforce planning, performance management, and talent strategy
  • Commercially aware, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
  • Confident using HR systems and people data to support decision-making
  • CIPD qualified with a relevant degree (HR, Business or similar)
